Thank you for visiting and shopping at Goo Goo Goodies. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time: 1–3 Business Days Dispatch
We are committed to getting your orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in QLD).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Partner: Australia Post
We understand the importance of reliable and consistent delivery, especially for families. That’s why we ship exclusively with Australia Post. While they may not always be the cheapest option, we’ve found them to be the most reliable carrier with strong customer support and nationwide coverage.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on shipping method, parcel size, and total order weight.
Due to Australia Post’s volumetric pricing, some items — or combined orders — may ship as oversized parcels. These will be clearly indicated on the product page or applied automatically at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather events, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
What is considered an oversized parcel?
Some items are not heavy or bulky, but their dimensions exceed Australia Post’s standard parcel limits. In addition, orders with a combined weight over 3kg may also ship as oversized parcels.
To keep shipping fair for most families, these parcels incur a small additional fee rather than increasing shipping costs across our entire store.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Goo Goo Goodies is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international orders. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Goo Goo Goodies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact Australia Post to file a claim.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched once stock arrives at our warehouse. Estimated dispatch timeframes shown on product pages are indicative only and may change due to factors outside our control. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together unless otherwise stated. For full pre-order terms, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law, please refer to Section 3A – Pre-Orders of our Terms of Service.
