Who is Goo Goo Goodies?
Goo Goo Goodies is a parent-run Australian business creating thoughtful accessories for babies and kids. We focus on the small, often-overlooked details that make everyday parenting easier, safer, and calmer.
Every product we sell is parent tested — used in real family life with our own children. If it’s not good enough for our family, it doesn’t belong in our store.
What kind of products do you sell?
We specialise in baby and kids accessories designed to make everyday parenting simpler, safer, and more practical.
Our range includes add-ons and accessories compatible with popular baby and kids products, such as:
- Stokke Tripp Trapp® highchairs
- IKEA highchairs
- Prams from brands like Stokke®, with more compatibility coming (including UPPAbaby® and Bugaboo®)
- Yoto Player & Yoto Mini accessories
Over time, we’ll continue expanding our range to include thoughtfully designed accessories and problem-solving products that address real, everyday parenting challenges — whether they’re made to work with existing brands or stand alone as simple, practical solutions.
Everything we sell is chosen with one goal in mind to improve how a product works in real family life.
What makes your products different?
We focus on function first, with safety and everyday usability at the centre.
For example, our High Chair Tray Compatible with Stokke Tripp Trapp® features a smooth surface, unlike the textured original tray. This allows silicone plates and bowls to achieve stronger suction — a simple change that makes mealtimes noticeably easier.

We’re parents ourselves, and every product we sell is used in real life with our own children. We design and select products that solve genuine, everyday problems — not trends or gimmicks.

Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
- Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post
- International shipping is available and calculated at checkout
We’ve tested multiple couriers and choose Australia Post for its reliability, speed, and customer service.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
What are your shipping rates?
🇦🇺 Australia
We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post, chosen for its reliability and trusted delivery network. We offer simple, fair shipping based on parcel size:
- Domestic Standard – Most Items: Flat Rate $9.95 AUD
- Domestic Standard – Oversized Parcels: Additional $10 AUD
- Domestic Express – Australia Post: Calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
🌍 International
We ship worldwide using Australia Post International.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and weight.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on location and local postal services.
Please note:
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, peak periods, or carrier delays.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Why do some items cost more to ship?
Some products exceed standard parcel dimensions, even though they’re lightweight. Australia Post applies a higher rate for these parcels, and we pass on only a small portion of that cost to keep pricing fair for everyone.
What is considered an oversized parcel?
Some items are not heavy or bulky, but their dimensions exceed Australia Post’s standard parcel limits. In addition, orders with a combined weight over 3kg may also ship as oversized parcels.
To keep shipping fair for most families, these parcels incur a small additional fee rather than increasing shipping costs across our entire store.
Why don’t you just use a cheaper courier?
We’ve tried multiple couriers and chose Australia Post for their reliability, coverage, and customer support — especially important when shipping family essentials. It may cost a little more, but it helps ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Will I see shipping costs before I pay?
Yes — shipping costs are always shown clearly at checkout before payment. No surprises.
Can I combine items to save on shipping?
Yes. Shipping is calculated per order, so combining items may reduce overall shipping compared to placing multiple orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only for items that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect due to an error on our part
Returns must be:
- Initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Approved before being sent back
What items are not eligible for return?
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or wrong item selected
- Items with no fault
- Misuse-related damage (e.g. water or liquid damage)
- Perishable goods (e.g. springs, o-rings, gaskets)
- Parts
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned without prior approval
Is there a restocking fee?
If a return is made for non-accepted reasons (subject to approval):
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Refunds will be issued as store credit only
Who pays for return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
How do I request a return?

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- A clear explanation of the issue
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and next steps.
Warranty & Product Safety
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Goo Goo Goodies products come with a 12-month warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty not cover?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or lack of supervision
- Incorrect installation
- Failure to follow instructions
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Accidental damage or external events
Are your products safe for children?
Safety always comes first.
- Our highchair tray is made from food-safe plastic(BPA, BPS, BPF, lead, and phthalate free)
- Products are not toys
- Adult supervision is always required
- Packaging (especially plastic sleeves or bags) should be discarded immediately
Some products require installation. Please:
- Read the user manual carefully
- Secure all fixtures tightly
- Check fittings regularly (we recommend monthly checks)

How do I make a warranty claim?

- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault (if applicable)
We’ll assess your claim and advise the appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
