We support the NDIS
At Goo Goo Goodies, we’re proud to support NDIS participants and their families.
We regularly assist parents, carers, support workers, and Plan Managers with purchasing products that may support approved NDIS participants. As an unregistered NDIS provider, we can assist customers with both Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS plans.
Please note that funding approval is determined by the participant’s individual NDIS plan, goals, and funding categories. We recommend checking with your Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, or the NDIS if you are unsure whether a product may be eligible for funding.
Self-Managed NDIS Plans
If you are self-managing your NDIS funding, you can purchase directly through our website and submit your claim yourself.
How to Order
1. Shop online and add your chosen items to cart.
2. Proceed through checkout and pay using your preferred payment method.
3. Please use the NDIS participant’s name as the customer name and include their NDIS Number in the Company field during checkout.
4. Email us at hello@googoogoodies.com.au to request your invoice for record keeping.
5. Submit your claim through the NDIS portal or your usual reimbursement process.
If you require a customised invoice or additional documentation for your records, please contact us at hello@googoogoodies.com.au. Please allow up to 4 business days for customised documentation requests.
Plan-Managed NDIS Plans
If your NDIS plan is managed by a Plan Manager, you can place your order through our website and select our dedicated NDIS payment option.
How to Order
1. Shop online and add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
2. At checkout, select “NDIS Payment – Plan Managed” as your payment method.
3. Please use the NDIS participant’s name as the customer name and include their NDIS Number in the Company field during checkout.
4. No payment is taken at checkout.
5. We will email a tax invoice for you to forward to your Plan Manager.
6. Your Plan Manager will assess whether the items are reasonable and appropriate under the participant’s individual NDIS plan and funding arrangements.
7. Once payment is received, we will send an order confirmation and dispatch your order.
