Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns will only be accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
   • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with no damage to the product or packaging.
   • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
     
     

2. Non-Acceptance of Returns:

   • Any items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted for return
   • We strictly do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
     • Goods found to have no fault.
     • Goods damaged due to misuse by the customer (such as water or liquid damage)
     • Change of mind or wrong item selected.
       
     • Perishable goods (such as food, springs, o-rings and gaskets)
     • Electrical parts
     • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
     • Gift/Egift cards 
       
       

3. Restocking Fee and Store Credit:

   • If a return is made for the non-accepted reasons mentioned above, a strict 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
   • In such cases, only store credit will be provided, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
     
     

4. Return Process:

   • Provide the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
   • Our team will assess your request. The available remedy will depend on whether the fault amounts to a major failure. In some instances, we may need to consult with the manufacturer or importer to determine the fault and resolution. If approved, provide you with a return authorization, along with specific instructions and the address for return shipment.
     
   • We require that all goods must be returned within 10 days of that date your return is accepted.
     
     

5. Return Shipping:

   • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
   • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
     
     

6. Refund or Exchange:

   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase or store credit, minus the applicable restocking fee.
   • Exchanges will be provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items due to our error, subject to availability.
     
     

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

   • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
   • We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement.
   • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
     
     

8. The Australian Consumer Law:

   • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
   • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
   • You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We encourage you to choose wisely and carefully consider your purchases, as returns for non-accepted reasons will incur a restocking fee and will only be provided as store credit, subject to our approval.
